2017 Avenius Sauvignon Blanc

This vintage expresses the coolness of the Avenius vineyard site. This wine is medium bodied, but extremely dense, focused and concentrated. There is a saline quality that makes one crave shellfish. Racy, edgy, crystalline acidity gives a very long persistent finish. Aromas are pungent and include: gun powder, lime zest, and chalk dust.

2017 Linden Petit Manseng demi-sec

Demi sec translates as half dry which means that there is a touch of sweetness in the wine. This is to balance out the natural piercing acidity that the grape variety Petit Manseng is known for. The 2017 has a candied orange zest and dried apricot aroma. The wines is generous. concentrated, powerful and long with a bright refreshing finish.
